Product Description:

UFP 097-022-00 Replacement black plastic outer member housing cap covers to access the UFP actuators master cylinder reservoir plug. Cap is designed to twist-lock into place with a simple clockwise turn.

It is common for these caps to rattle loose, it is suggested to put a drop of silicone on one side to create some resistance but still allow you to remove to check the brake fluid level.
