It will remain liquid until exposed to direct sunlight. Simply apply it in the shade, then let sunlight hit it and in 3 minutes, youre done ( even @ -20F). Truly amazing! Use this EXTREME STRENGTH formula on surfaces that demand extreme adhesion, toughness and/or corrosion resistance. Not for use on styrofoam EPS.
