Replacement Stainless steel key stock, used on inboards with the large 1-1/4″ propeller shaft. Replace whenever there is any damage or groves found on the key stock. Using the incorrect key can lead to propeller and shaft damage that is not repairable. If you have a spare propeller, make sure to carry a spare key-stock, propeller nut, and cotter pin.
