Terms and conditions:

1. Ultimate Gift Vouchers are issued by Ultimate Surf NZ Limited (Ultimate Surf & Skate) and are redeemable for merchandise or services sold at Ultimate Surf & Skate both online and in-store.

2. Gift Voucher may not be used for any other purpose. Purchase with a Gift Voucher is as if the purchase was made by way of cash payment. Gift Voucher may not be redeemed for cash. They are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

3. Gift Voucher credit will expire 12 months from issue date. After expiry, the Gift Voucher is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined, and any outstanding balance will be forfeited to Ultimate Surf & Skate

4. Gift Voucher should be held in a secure place, as any person holding the Gift Voucher may be able to use it to make purchases.

5. Lost or stolen Gift Voucher will not be replaced. Any unused balance left on expiry will not be refunded.

6. Gift Voucher will be void and will not be redeemable if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way.

7. If you wish to return goods to Ultimate Surf & Skate you purchased with your Gift Voucher, reimbursed funds will be issued to a new Gift Voucher. Returns are subjected to our returns policy and the Consumers Guarantees Act NZ.

8. The bearer of a Gift Voucher may not consolidate the balances of several Gift Voucher onto a new Gift Voucher.

9. Your Gift Voucher may not be copied or reproduced in any circumstances.
