Floating line is great for painters at the ends of your canoe, but you can also use it for hanging a bear bag or really awesome jump ropes. We bought a giant spool of this from Sterling Rope because the rasta color didn’t appeal to the customer. We like it. Jah, love. Normally it’s a buck a foot so it’s a good deal too.
P.S. If you want a painter, there are a lot of different theories. I like having the length of the canoe as a painter, both bow and stern. DSB
